Tiwi Islander Grievances

We assisted six Tiwi Islands Traditional Owners and a Larrakia Traditional Owner and superfund members to file human rights complaints against banks and superfunds.

Another key focus area for our clients is the domestic implementation of legal duties arising from the International Court of Justice Advisory Opinion on the Obligations of States in respect of Climate Change.
