Ally Neale

Ally joined Equity Generation Lawyers in 2023. She previously worked at the NSW Environment Protection Authority where she prosecuted environmental offences and advised on the operation and development of environment protection law. Prior to that, Ally was tipstaff to the Honourable Justice Pain in the NSW Land and Environment Court.

Ally holds degrees in Law and Development Studies from Macquarie University, and was awarded First Class Honours for a thesis that examined how human rights may be better protected in domestic modern slavery legislation.

Ally works on the lands of the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation.
