Meghan Malone
Meghan joined Equity Generation Lawyers in 2026. She was previously a solicitor at Women’s Legal Service NSW. Meghan has also worked as the tipstaff and Research Director to the Chief Justice of NSW, the Hon. A.S. Bell.
Meghan holds degrees in Law, including Master of Laws from Harvard University where her studies focused on constitutional and administrative law and how these areas intersect with the rights of marginalised communities and the environment. She also has a degree in Law (specialising in Public Law) and Politics, Philosophy and Economics with First Class Honours and the University Medal from the Australian National University.
Meghan has volunteered with organisations supporting First Nations peoples and the environment such as the Australian Conservation Foundation and the Consumer Law Center ACT.
She works on the land of the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation.
